TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF imotenpazar.com Last updated: November 21, 2025 I. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of imotenpazar.com (hereinafter "the Website") and the users of the services provided through it. 2. By accessing and/or registering on the Website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 3. The Website provides an online platform for publishing listings by individuals and companies. Users may create and manage listings through a personal account and optionally activate a paid features that provides higher visibility. II. SERVICES 1. The Website allows users to publish listings and activate paid promoted positions. 2. The VIP service is activated immediately after successful payment. 3. Users may optionally provide demographic and preference information to personalize their experience. 4. Users can schedule property visits through the Website. When scheduling a visit, the user may choose to share their profile information with the respective agent/agency. III. REGISTRATION AND USAGE 1. During registration, users provide the following information: - Individuals: full name, email, phone number 2. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. IV. PAYMENTS 1. All payments are processed through Stripe. imotenpazar.com does not store any payment card information. 2. Prior to completing a payment, the user confirms that the service will begin immediately after payment and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal under Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. V. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL According to Article 57, point 13 of the Consumer Protection Act, the user loses the right of withdrawal once they have explicitly agreed that the service begins immediately and they have been informed of this consequence. VI. PRIVACY 1. The Website's Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Agents/agencies may receive aggregated and anonymized demographic analytics. 3. Agents/agencies will also receive a user’s profile when the user explicitly shares it during the scheduling of a visit. VII. FINAL PROVISIONS The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions by publishing the updated version on the Website.
